I wouldn't say it's 'impossible' for things to run smoothly; Katsucon and Otakon in the past have been run fairly well, it's just a matter of the newbies and their work ethics, like you said. Once these new volunteers get a hang of things, I'm sure it'll all end up being the same. :)

I agree about the volunteers, but honestly all the staff for Katsucon and Otakon are ALL volunteers. You have like 3% of the people who have been working the cons since the beginning. I mean, you have the veteran volunteers who know exactly what they're doing, but it's the rookies that kinda make things difficult...

Well, I do have a fb for my online friends. hm i have no idea who that is xD Is kami con in ga? I never heard of kami con before. Talking to people at cons are easy in general well not super easy but more easier then regular ppl in the real world x) This is why you plan cosplays out and stuff if you have a lot. I is a Christian too so i understandz. Well I cosplay all the time ever since like 2009. Sometimes I don't for like one day cons thats just no. I wish I made my own outfits. D: I barely know how to sew. The only think I have had to make myself was the kingdom hearts keyblade for my xion cosplay and I had to paint some shoes for the cosplay I'm doing for momo con this year. I'm probably gonna take a break from cosplay after this year until I learn how to ACTUALLY sew. Cause you know how much cosplays areee and I'm a poor college student who gots no jobb xD
