Exactly. It's when you have all the time in the world but NO motivation to do it lol
Then of course when youre super busy you get this awesome idea and dont have time to get it on paper. Then you hope it's stays fresh in your mind long enough till you do XDD

It depends really. I can sketch a lot, but if I really make an effort into a drawing it usually takes me the whole day or longer, but I haven't done that in a long time.
