I did the same with mangas: there are 3 stores in my town which are selling mangas, so I take a look at all of the mangas and write all mangas down which seem to be interesting, then I'm reading 1 2 or 3 chapters online, and if I like it, I buy it, and if I liked the volume, then I also continue buying more volumes of this series I liked.

I know! x.x yea I also prefer sub over dub, the most dubs aren't very good. wow that's cool that you have a friend who studied in japan! hehe yea, japanese language isn't very easy, I tried to teach it by myself, but nah ^^" well sure why not? I'm glad that I am not alone! :D I meant the first anime in general. it's always nice when friends make their friends get into something! well 5 or 6 years ago I was really into japanese rock music, so my brother recommended me to read the manga Black Butler, because he thinks that I like "stuff like that" ._. japanese bands often tend to dress like women, I'm glad that I don't listen to that much japanese bands anymore, there aren't that much good ones anymore after all... so I read it and watched the anime, it was ok, so I was searching for something better, and this is how I became hungry for more and more animes and mangas ^^"

I really hope so too! nice to meet you by the way :) I know, me too, I started with animes like 5 years ago, but I had to take a break with animes and mangas because of school, now I'm done with it and can spend more time with animes and mangas again! but now the list of animes became even huger than it was before...
