Sometimes bosses are assholes like that. I had a friend whose boss didn't believe that a coworker threatened him with violence.

If he tried to, that's when you fight back. Start kicking and screaming, and someone's bound to cone to your aid. I've never actually gotten into a physical confrontation before, but I know that I would do whatever I had to to defend my well being. I'm sure my self-taught, personal fighting style would help out, even if it seems somewhat untrained. XD

Oh wow. That's not cool. I would be scared to go to work after something like that. You might have to start packing a pocket knife with you for defence. As for me, I'm doing good; just got my seven new manga books in yesterday. Hooray manga!
