I think my workouts will be fine. Only once did I ever hurt myself. I over did it once with my triceps... I paid the price with excruciating pain throughout the night. I had to call in at my job. How's things in your part of Texas? I've never been to McKinney but been to Dallas a lot for A-Kon. I am trying to see if I can go if I can book a hotel. The host hotel and all surrounding hotels are already booked. I will keep checking everyday until April 27th (since that's the last day for prereg) to see if a room happens to become available otherwise I might not go.
