Doesn't fit to me. I just can't see Affleck pulling this off. He's good for what he's done. And he's done some awesome shit, but I just can't see this going well with Affleck. First of all people still can't forget that Daredevil debacle. I'm barely a comic book world nerd but I follow enough to know that Daredevil wasn't great when I saw it and that Affleck isn't right for this role. My comic book friend who is way way into that world hates Affleck for the part.
