https://i.imgur.com/nnDvB9y.png This was a while ago but I'm still pretty proud of it ^^ If you'll allow my Shokugeki No Soma moment... The chocolate mousse was so silky smooth and the rich taste of chocolate was powerful yet balanced. The french vanilla sweetness clashed with the chunky texture of the chewy brownie and caused harmony. I added a small bit of chili powder, just a pinch, into the mousse which emphasized the chocolate taste whilst downplaying the sweetness of the dish as to not make it overpowering but was not at all spicy. It was like lying in a chunky smooth chocolate bed. So warm yet so cool~ That's what I felt eating this
