Just heard way too many horror stories of web chat areas that are just as jumbled and insecure. That and I've never liked web cams. If it gets a bit more streamed lined, I'll give it another look. Thanks...still its a pain waiting. I agree, people can't get experience if they don't get hired. By the logic their going through, people that have experience will slowly disappear either finding work else where or death, then they will have no one else that's "experience". Then businesses will be stuck with all new employees and will need to be trained on the job rather then a situation where the more experience workers can help or pick up the slack of the noobs. I hate the world....:P
