Hmmm, have any idea when you might be able to show previews of it? Lol My manga takes place in a post apocalyptic world where an alien race has taken most of the Earth and the remaining population has to fight them off and find a cure to an illness from the aliens. It's kinda bloody, The Thing inspired with a mix of shooter games manga, but I haven't drawn anything yet, need to practice and learn more. How's the process with yours?

Oh, yes! Outlaw Star....that was a good one. Indeed, Toonami was the time of our "Golden Days". Over a decade of anime goodness......and plenty of other good action shows, too! I have to say, anyone who knows about anime should know of Toonami, and should (In My Opinion) give respect to such a wonderful display of entertainment that was dedicated to showing all of us a good time, and starting us off into making us all into the Otaku that we are today.

Hey, Renegade! Thanks for stopping by my profile page. Now then....my first manga.....I think I was just reading Shonen Jump a lot, so it might have been........................Naruto! I started out in the otaku "way of life" with anime, first. What was your first anime?

Same with me when I have time I write stories in December I probably post more stories on a writing website since my semester I'd done in that time. I would of done fanfictiom but they not too liberal since I write stories that semi maturish. For example I have some adult themes, some gory/violent scenes, and depending what story you read lots of swearing. It is usually rated 15 to 18. Some are very short there are pretty long.

lol No, I'm just working on my own story as well. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I really like collecting info and revising things before doing anything, so I'm just sharing what I've learned. What's your manga about btw?

Oh I see. Well I'd prefer to learn to draw the manga myself. It makes the project more personal. The only advice on how to draw it is look deep inside your mind and imagine how you see this world you've made up, in anime form. Is the world drawn like Fist of North Star or Naruto? Is is like Ergo Proxy? The best way to make a manga is to draw it as close it is to it's genre and audience. Like Naruto is for kids so it's drawn in a kiddish, Dragonball is aimed towards boys so it's kinda boyish/manly drawing style. With the development of the characters and story, always leave something a mystery, it keeps people wanting to know more. And don't make your characters based on only 2 emotions, make them seem real.

cool, glad to hear that, im kinda doing the same, money has been tight for me recently and as a result I just didnt feel like doing much, still kinda dont to be honest but I'd rather rather work on something then be totally bored, I hope going to animefest will get my spirit ups
