Yeah I don't read a lot of the sports kind-of manga either, but I really liked Girl Got Game..it's a shojo, and I thought it carefully balanced between the basketball games and the actual story/characters, so you might like it ^_^ I wish they had made it into an anime, but they never did XD Good luck on your story btw =)Keep at it!

LOL yeah real school life will never be as fun/wacky as anime school life..I dunno, maybe that's a good thing sometimes XD?? hmm..so do you like Sakura Challenge so far? If you like sports/slice of life manga, have you ever read Girl Got Game? I miss that manga >_<
