If all else fails, I would suggest making a cheap top hat of your own with faux leather and wire. That's what I'm planning to do, should resources allow it.

Why, thank you. I need to get a better one, though; you can't tell from the picture, but the hat is a bit big for my head and isn't exactly made out of the nicest material.

do you mean like the material? because i use magic dough. also after you paint them i recomend adding 1 - 2 layers of clear gloss spray paint makes them look more real :)
