That's understandable bout the anti-mac part. im an anti-mac person myself also cept for ipods. its just easier and more convenient to use imo. so its not a matter of unavailable service due to you living in the middle of no where rather but rather your dad's concept of loyalty to a friend over convenience O_o that's admirable but impractical. internet addiction is one of the greatest things since slice bread =D succumb to the dark side >D

wow thats really weird that you use dial up and your dad's a comp sci guy. O_o this story is getting more and more bizarre lol they used to have unlimited 3g plans. apple had an unlimited 3g plan with at&t for their Ipad. you could've prolly used that =/

that suxorz =< hows your cell phone/3g connection out there? if its good you could always consider getting a 3g card and 3g service. its a lot faster than dial up. you can always try that =/
