Good sir, I have only attended Anime Central in Rosemont, IL, but I try my best to make it there every year, since they have pretty good attendance (>20,000). I've only gone as Roy Mustang and Light Yagami I believe... and this other time wore a gothic lolita dress. But that was against my will ._.
