I know but there are some that I forgot so I just think of a name. They have a lot of names for it. I get so confuse when me and my friends are warming up. It was weird how we said it differently and know what the workout.

Well you are not moving all your part of your muscles as in like you just stay at one position and all you are doing is moving your upper body. You want to move with different part of muscles that would let you burn fat. Like cardio. You jog with your legs, you use your arms to swing (not that crazy, and you also use your lungs to breath out oxygen so that you have more stamina. You want to burn your body fat and loose all those calories. So doing situps are not going to help you that much. The examples that I told you are mostly on your abs and your belly fat and the simplest ones that everyone can do. There are different techniques of burning off fat. I am not an expert on this thing. I just learn things from my mistakes.

XD Please my voice is way better than her's. Jk I'm just kidding but still don't just do situps. Try to do some planks, scissorcuts, 60 degrees foot up (forgot the name), bicycle crunch, and do some toe touches. That is what I usually do in the mornings for warm up. You don't have to do all of these.

Well I workout like for 30 mins and my mom is sing karaoke. It's really loud right now. Did you have fun with your jog? XD
