Iron Bull and my character were actually very good friends. I decked out my castle mostly with Qunari items also, to keep it authentic. Afrikaans is quite similar to Dutch with most Afrikaans words having a Dutch origin. Afrikaans contains some words though from Portuguese, Malay and African languages. An Afrikaans writer, Breyten Breytenbach, described the difference between standard Dutch and Afrikaans quite well. He described the difference as being similar to that which exists between standard UK English and English from the South of the USA. So if a Dutch person and Afrikaans person focus they can understand each other but if one of them speaks too quickly then there will be difficulties ;p

Dear Ritsu/Turney, I will not be readding you/accepting your friend requests again. The reason being that I do not desire to be pulled down into your spiral of drama/disrespecting ppl again. Yes I once considered myself your friend and there was nothing dishonest there. I don't care if you believe that or not. I know my truth and what you choose to believe is entirely up to you. I have nothing against you as a person, you have your good points and your flaws. Just like everyone else. However I am not one who will stand by and let you bash people (who happen to be ppl I care for), calling them names for no other reason than your own amusement. Calling people 'whore, bitch,...' because they tend to do things differently than the way you want them to, telling ppl they should get beat up, telling them they should die, ... I'm sorry but those are things I considered too immature and I do not feel like being a part in that game of yours. If that is betraying you than so be it. You're an adult what do you gain from bashing a 14y old? It might be okay in your book, but in mine it isn't. Other people might be able to overlook that kind of behaviour. I however don't feel like wasting the energy to do so. So the logical result to this was and still is to avoid and ignore you as I don't want to do the whole fighting on the internet thing, I'm too old for that shit. Feel free to continue to bash my wall if it makes you feel better, doesn't really matter to me, nor does it get me upset :) it's a free world and you do whatever the fudge you want to, just as I will. Yeah, I am an Afrikaner so I speak a dialect of Dutch called Afrikaans. Afrikaans is spoken in Namibia and South Africa in many regions. I can read standard Dutch and Flemish quite fluently. I played with a Qunari rogue, it was an unique experience ;0
