RSPONSIBILITY --- I don't know how you ever got yourself into such a situation, but I don't think I'll be ready for the responsibility of another life just yet. Although from our chat and what I've heard, it does seem to benefit people (generally), makes them stronger for it.

That's surprising usually it is the otherway around, the old pave the way for the young. "My first thoughts were of wanting to learn how to write and wanting to know the why to everything." - nanidesuka_ju That quote there reminds me of the first time I decided on a future career around the age of 10 maybe? I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it was when I was in 2nd grade or so. Truth be told it was around the time we started to experiment with science in school and the second half of your quote popped up into my mind. "I wanted to know the why to everything" So I decided to become a scientist... If we're talking about dreams, then I've always wanted to become a mad scientist. A bit of a physicist, a bit of a genetic engineer, and so on. As I matured, I realized what I really wanted to do was to leave a mark on humanity saying... "I was here!!!" And that mark would be beneficial to humanity in some way, even if it was a small thing, like decypher part of the formula to solve cancer or something. As I stand now, I believe it's within my power to do just that little bit in most occupations I can see myself in. I could perhaps make my own charity or something of that sort.

I'm envious that you are pursuing what you like to do. I'm just doing the things I do because I need stability and because I'm the oldest son in a outdated system. Although I do enjoy some of it. Where do your inspirations for the sci-fi stuff come from? I can imagine the horrors easily enough, but whenever I try to come up with original or unique space ideas or read them from other authors, sometimes its difficult to wrap my mind around it. I think it's like trying to be a director. You read a book and now have to make a movie out of it, but the interpretation could be different from others. For example, in the film "Intersteller", the black hole scenes were quite complex and could have been interpreted in a number of ways. o.o

Oh o.O... I was under the impression that you didn't need a bachelors, but you may be right. Now that you mention it, I think I read that somewhere, when I was looking up that occupation. So what kind of writing do you do? Is it purely for pleasure or do you have to blog/write articles for a company? I've always been curious how people find the connections and get paid for their writings/drawings/creations.

Hello, have you ever tried those teaching programs abroad to assist in your goals to travel? That or you could buy and learn to sail, which doesn’t seem too bad.
