I said it took me forever to finally get them right. I make bad ass pancakes now. Theyre just really easy to mess up by overmixing the batter and such. And flipping them can be easy to mess up too. That sounds really yummy. I might have to ask you for the recipe at some point. I think its important to take those documentaries, like all documentaries, with a grain of salt. Ive always seen veganism as an overly extreme solution. The issue isnt that people eat meat (we are evolved to be omnivores, which is important to remember), the problem is a lot of people eat almost nothing but meat. Anything in excess can be a bad thing, and a lot of the issues caused by the meat industry could be solved if people just ate less meat. Honestly, overpopulation is a much bigger issue imo. People need to start having fewer kids... And yeah, cheese is awesome
