I'd be happy to teach you the ratatouille recipe. I'm sorry, I don't know many vegetarian recipes outside of that. While I try to make most things I cook no more than 50% meat, the meat is still always the center of the recipe, thus I season/flavor it around the meat being used. Sure, I'd love to help you learn! Feel free to ask me if you ever need any advice on cooking ^.^ I do bake. I baked a ridiculous chocolate cake that I posted in the cooking thread a while back. I also make peanut butter brownies (just brownies, only they're iced with a mixture of chocolate icing and peanut butter) and candy cookies (chocolate cookies topped with either andes mints or reese's). Baking is kinda my Achilles heel though, so it's taken me a lot longer to learn. Even pancakes took me freaking forever to get right. What about you? What do you like to cook?

Nah. I've just taught myself over the years. I like to try making new things, but I also have a few signature recipes that I'm always looking to improve on. Namely my chicken fajitas, my jambalaya and my asian stir-fry pork. I did make a pretty interesting casserole for Thanksgiving. I took some turkey and made an orange zest and herb rub for it and baked the turkey on orange slices. Then I mixed it into a casserole with noodles, carrots and cheese and herb sauce.
