Wow, Something similar happen to me, but just my arms both of them. Father ordered me to move some sacks of coal, about 80kg each and there there 6 sacks. The the last came he just threw it at me and caught it but my arms , uhhhh now they hurt like hell and its the second day and the pain just wont stop. :(
