well you're already shapely as it is so you wont need it as much. i on the other hand need to convert fat to muscle asap. I'm strong and for someone my weight im pretty fast at running but cause of the extra weight i lose my breathe easily. as for relaxing more than likely sleep and go out with friends. enjoy my birthday weekend which i still dont know how thats gonna go. nothing has been finalized yet.
