That takes some guts of steel. I'm sure you get desensitized to it, but maybe it'll linger a little bit on you, like some Lovecraftian trauma. On a less depressing note: My mother has a Pomeranian and an American Eskimo, and my pet is my beloved soft-shelled turtle, Flapjack.

Oh wow, what a downer... Do you take part in euthanizing them? I'd imagine that must be the most depressing job out there, seeing peoples best friends get put down all the time. Depressing stuff aside, what kind of dogs do you have?

Do you have any animal companions yourself, other than the picture cat (unless you were borrowing said cat for the picture?). I also consider myself a Jack Russell enthusiast, You get a lot of those coming in?

XD Mind you, I'm only an intern, but I love my job. I can't wait until I have a full-time job taking care of animals.

That actually sounds kinda cool, though I guess this would be something that wears off its welcome quickly. What do you do in the medical field, mightIask? Attend to delusional NEETS when they end up in the emergency room?
