well really it's the same as america kind of only everyone is older i guess? i myself really don't know why it exists, we just do everything normally? and nooo it doesn't vary into 3 years range, it actually goes older here, such as you have to be 20 to be able to become an adult here, but internationally that'd be 19/18. most people graduate at about 20 years old in korean age as well^^

yeah, it's not the same as international as all, which is really confusing. thats why when we use age to revolve around everything, we usually tell people our international age instead of korean age ^^

korea has a different age system than international. when people are born, they are automatically one year old, and as every year passes by you become a year younger, not counting your birthday ^^ internationally i am 18, but in korea i am currently 20 because the new year has already passed.
