I normally do not like sadistic characters, but Sonozaki is sadistic to a person who cannot feel pain! Kiznaiver is basically a show full of Sadists and Masochists and a bunch of deviants from society. I'm sure you'll enjoy it :)

Her name is Sonozaki from the anime Kiznaiver! She is a hardcore dominating boss! The person that I would compare her to is Esdeath from Akame Ga Kill if you have seen that anime.
