Pretty much that. ^^ I was quite surprised how well the personality description fit me and that 5 step thing on that image.
Can be a pain to others at times I think, as they need to aproach first and be patient before we open up. At least towards me. Trying my best to be a bit more active in this regard though. Step by step.
