at least you have an anime shop dude, I live in the freakin' state capital and the best we have is an anime club with about 50 people in it. we had an anime store in the LA mall for about 10 months but it died. I worked in it for a good bit before it closed down. on the plus side I got a bunch of free anime stuff, like this gundam model im currently trying to finish, I think it's the double zeta gundam (the box is in japanese)

i've been there once, I went to visit the city back in december of '10, I was blown away at the place I've met tons of anime fans too, which works with my plans overall. it was like the other side of the coin compared to boring baton rouge XD
