Full Metal Panic is funny with action and has to do with mechs kinda like gundam. It's great overall. The Sacred Blacksmith is cool too. It's about a girl who wants to become a better knight and wants a sword that can help her reach her goal while defending her homeland. And Freezing is good it has a lot of action. However, it has ecchi, nudity, showing a girl in her thong that kinda thing ^_^' unless you're ok with that. But I would say all of them for me. But for you maybe the sacred blacksmith or full metal panic. unless you want to check out freezing.
