Oh yeah I forgot that Otaku actually means obsessed and here in America its thrown around so casually and in general today means anime otaku instead of the its real intention such as 'gamer-otaku'. And also forgot about some of the ones that give otakus a bad name such as hikkikomoris and all the Madarames from genshiken out there... Oh and I left a comment on your post in advice btw. Thanks for your insight ⌒.⌒ I've never really given much thought between u.s otakus and real Japanese otakus before xd

Hey I just read your post on the anime being weird in society's eyes thing. Isn't the otaku thing being a tad bit more tolerated there the last few years what with the rise in blogging and hit sensations as Hatsune Miku and the such (Gundam has been around forever) as Akihabara (Otaku Mecca) and their anime based maid cafes. Just wanted to get your view on the matter seeing as how your there yourself and I just casually read Dannychoo and Sankaku Complex.

that's fast :O in danmark a degree takes quite some time.. yes i have accounting and a lot of marketing :3 i rly love the characters deepness in Gintama, while also showing their funny side :D ooh Arakawa is really good too, especially the Kappa in the anime xD the current anime im watching right now is Hayate No Gotuko! :)
