You bet they would. Man, I can only imagine what they would do to a backyard. *shudders* I'm surprised you didn't spontaneously combust from the cuteness. I almost did today when the vet asked me to hold a lab puppy for her. Puppies = Best end of the day ever. Aw. I'm surprised I haven't done it again too. I'm usually so clumsy and such.

They apparently had it in a normal hamster/gerbil/etc type setting, but I'm sure they would wreck havoc on carpeting, and godforbid they get loose in the garden. I know I will lose to the hedgehog one day, but it needs to be when I have all my shit together. I was already losing it at the show, shaking my friend going "They're so cute I can't STAND it!" Maybe I'll cave in sooner or later.

I'm just wondering how you would proper house the things. It would seem like more trouble than what they're worth. Aw, one day you are going to lose, you know? You can't resist hedgehog charm for long. That turtle legit looks like a future badass.
