I'm really sorry I couldn't get around to replying to anyone on here lately - things have been a little crazy and hectic with family and what-not so I haven't had much time to spare on here except for quick little check ins. Sorry for not replying to anyone lately, my internet's been down and I've been fairly busy the past week, I'll get around to responding as fast as I can!

I never played Homefront: The revolution. Not that I had anything against it, it just slipped through the cracks on me. I enjoyed playing the original homefront though. It was a bit lacking storywise. And the important plot points were kinda ham handed. But it was fun mechanically. I'm looking forward to the second Pshychonauts game, personally. I'm hoping that double fine can pull off a good sequel.

Bleegh. Speaking of first person shooters, did you play Farcry 5? I thought Farcry 3's ending was bad, 5's was outright offensive. And the game around the story was kinda boring as well. Some of the missions were fun conceptually, like when you stepped away from the situation to think about what you were doing. But I found a lot of the gameplay pretty rote. It kills me a little bit that the game was received as well as it was. Though I think what stood out to me the most was the game's opening. It had the perfect opening for a horror survival game. Also, apologies for the small tangent. The Farcry series in general pisses me off -_-"

I get where you're coming from, but considering how much the game is going to change before we get any more information, it'll probably end up being a moot point. I'm just stoked for the aesthetic of the game. Mixing guns and dark magic/witchcraft just makes me giddy for some reason. I do admit to being biased however, magic/supernatural/ and sci-fi are probably my favorite genres as far as world types go. It's why I like d20 games so much. OH, speaking of which, I'm looking forward to CD projekt red's new IP too. That 40 minute gameplay reel had me excited for days.
