That's awesome. I've been lucky enough to get some really great teachers too. They can make all the difference. Plus this semester I'll have a lot of the same teachers I had in the fall, which is nice since I know what to expect. =P Thanks! :D I go at the end of February. And yeah, I'm aiming for a degree in aerospace engineering so this really is a dream opportunity for me. I did notice that there were more people than I expected who weren't planning to go into science or engineering fields participating in the program, though. That's probably true. It also depends on how far the family spreads out. I know some people with even bigger families who still manage to stay in touch with everyone, but in those cases pretty much the whole family still lives in the same city or area. It's much more difficult if people have moved all over the place. Nice~ I bet that is a major relief. I'd imagine that it has better fuel economy, too (though that does depend on what kind your old car was). I see. We get that sometimes here too, especially with the first snows at the beginning of winter. Such a tease. :( haha though as much as I love the beauty of a good snowfall it can be a pain too. You'd think people here would know how to drive in snow or ice, but noooooope. <_< btw do you use Skype?

I'm pretty far behind. I've watched the recent tv show, and preparation for the next season, I'm now reading the 3rd story arc of the manga, Stardust Crusaders. It's not only the most famous story arc of the whole series, but also the longest.

Please do! With your taste in movies and what you've suggested to me so far I trust your judgement! I don't know if I'll watch it tonight or not but when I do I'll be sure to let you know! I haven't heard of Audition before. Jacob's Ladder was the one I couldn't think of! I absolutely love that movie! It's one of those horror movies that everybody should watch at least once if they have any interest in the genre at all. It's trippy to say the least. Those make the best tattoos. The kind with meaning! I'm a big fan of Junji Ito so that would be something interesting to see. I also want something like an octopus or something Cthulhu themed. Being the fan of Lovecraft that I am it's going to happen eventually haha

I am currently going for a computer science and Asian Studies (Japan) major, and if time permits maybe have a theater minor. I hope to actually go to Japan for a semester, since my school will pay up to 10,000. It's cool that you go for cosmetology, I figured I would have to find someone to help style, my wig, that will go with my crossplay. That is when I can afford to go to another convention and actually obtain the cosplay.
