Haroon Hameed, MD, has served as the chief executive officer of The Duality Companies, Inc., in Washington, DC, since establishing the electronic medical record software services provider in 2021. Under his leadership, Duality has developed an artificial intelligence based clinical support decision platform that integrates with the application programming interfaces (APIs) across various electronic medical record software providers, such as DrChrono and AthenaHealth. He also developed a real-time public company valuation and options trading recommendation tool, as well as a legal self-help and attorney advertising platform called Lawler Legal. He just recently also developed the personalized children's book maker website, Once Upon You.
Haroon Hameed, MD, expanded his professional activities in 2022 at Clearway Pain Solutions in Columbia, Maryland, as an interventional pain physician by creating a regenerative medicine, anti-aging, and wellness medicine program.
Dr. Haroon Hameed initially joined Clearway Pain Solutions in 2019 and spent time as both an interventional pain physician and medical director of the Eastern Shore Offices, which provided services to patients in the Stevensville, Easton, and Chestertown areas.
Haroon Hameed, MD, attended undergraduate and medical colleges including Concord University and Allama Iqbal Medical College, respectively. He subsequently trained at facilities including St. John Hospital and Medical Center, the SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He completed an MBA in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and completed 2 years of graduate coursework toward an MS in AI/Machine learning from Johns Hopkins and Georgia Tech. He has also passed the Level 1 and Level 2 CFA examinations, and is currently a JD Candidate at Albany Law School.
