Anyway, I think the best way to learn any language is to first learn the very basics enough for a simple conversation. Then let go of the books, and just talk to native people. That's how I always did it anyway, and it proves to bear a lot more fruit that trying to remember all the rules of grammar and whatnot by cramming like a steam train. You kinda just pick that stuff automatically. Dunno, this method always worked for me. Or maybe I'm just a curious cat. https://static.zerochan.net/Kaenbyou.Rin.full.912376.jpg

I wouldn't know. Like, it's easy for me since I'm a native speaker (obviously). But it seems to be a major pain for most people I've talked to. I suppose it's just simply a matter of dedication and willingness then. Well....that was usually true for most countries who were our allies back then and had a Communist party. Like even Vietnam civil war was pretty much just Soviet Union vs USA....since we supported the 2 respective sides of lefties and rigthies who were fighting for the throne. Oof....my ancestors were fierce nomads who bullied others. Although we were forced to do so by the Tsar of that time under threat of conquering and executing us all. >_> Really hope we don't have a hostile ancient history of any kind. Now that would be awkward.... https://myanimelist.cdn-dena.com/s/common/uploaded_files/1446191119-472ad6794bd046b458fc3cbe15b7e65e.jpeg

Now that's interesting, my accent actually makes it easier to pronounce than English. https://media1.tenor.com/images/e579ec091b95190516a153c10dbb2357/tenor.gif?itemid=12239744

Yeah, I think the CCP are going to fund more animation, which is great. That might be to challenge how popular anime is in China, which would be good for the Chinese economy, because fans will buy DVDs and figurines that support studios in China instead of Japan. I know about the censorship situation but I think it's still a lot better than it used to be, so long as you're not involved in danmei. I like how China can make animations for itself now, instead of just for other countries. It has it's own stories and culture, just like Japan, and might one day be a strong rival. I would like to watch some of the older animations, do you have any recommendations? Yes. I like anything about Chinese history and its ancient gods, so that's why I read comics and watch animations about that.

Lynes @lynesis I have watched Jackie Chan, Jet Li and Bruce Lee movies when I was little! Even though I probably can't do anything, I think I could do some stuff with my imagination and clumsiness. My clumsiness tends to hurt others whenever I try to do sports or anyway...
