I also kinda agree with JF-boi that the qualities you list would be helpful in dating anyone. And i feel a person can find those qualities as a reason for attraction only initially, if u guys get close then he would eventually develop deeper feelings/have developed feelings which cannot be explained through reasoning ^^ i know u r INTJ and u try to look for reasoning for all emotions, but some emotions are hard to explain through reasons :p I only wanted to comment on that part, as i dont know the complete details of the difficulties u had in the LDR. Maybe it wasnt both of ur faults, LDR through net have very less chance of working in the first place ^^
