The content from the website points out that there are deeper meanings based on a person's leg posture. I wonder whether they are correct in deciphering it's hidden message. For instance, a person in a scissor stance or single leg cross stance means a person is either sending others a message that they like to stay or access is denied. The meaning of leg posture changes based on the combination of a posture of other body parts. On the case of a person opening their legs wide open, which I see very often during a train ride shows dominance and superiority towards others.
