Bish Lasagna

Well I actually haven't really gone out of my way to read light novels in Japanese yet, I've read manga in Japanese quite a few times though (because I got impatient waiting for new chapters to get translated)...I actually kinda just used brute force to memorize kanji, used a website that had kanji flashcards and just practiced for hours on end starting from n5 level kanji until I could memorize most kanji up until n1.

Reading their conversations about me, I suddenly realized I have been some kind of urban legend among some kouhai in college...巨神...What a pity, I cannot take part in those quiz shows centering around general knowledge or poems any more..I'm no longer a student(ఠ్ఠ ˓̭ ఠ్ఠ).

In terms of other languages though...I was actually considering learning Korean for a while, I find eastern languages in general to be very intriguing because of how foreign they are compared to English, it's like stepping into an entirely different world.

Well I started back when I was around 14 years old or so, so 10 years basically. In terms of Kanji I can recognize about a quite a few, enough to at least be able to read most Japanese text. I still need to look through a dictionary sometimes for more archaic Kanji. I learned and memorized the really easy and simple Kanji rather quickly. But a lot of the other stuff took a while. I slowly started picking up on more Kanji as the years went by. And I've actually never really bothered with caligraphy, to be perfectly honest I mostly picked up Japanese so I can enjoy all of the Japan only video games. :u

Actually,i did read your info and it appears you are not that comfortable talking which is understandable. I am talking about the tv anime and i have seen some movies too but not all.
