Really? I like her style. I acted like her through High School. Also I didn't even realize it. I started read Manga in 8th grade. Fruits basket was my first Manga.

I kept up with the Pokemon series. It still has its moments. I can't beat the nostalgia of the older ones but I still like the show. Serena is a fun character aswell, hope it is not another friend zone for Ash. I'm going to start on the Final Act for Inuyasha soon. Recently I finished the anime Ergo Proxy which I really enjoyed. I like cyberpunk storylines plus the characters were likeable. What kind of genres do you enjoy?

I grew up with the Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival and the Doors because of my dad. If you want to be specific, one of my favorite bands was Green Day when growing up. I still appreciate their Dookie album to this day :) Don't get wrong, I do enjoy Rock n' Roll, but I like my European Techno and 8-bit music too :)

I got into Robotech and Teknoman as a kid. When the Pokemon craze started up I learned more about anime culture in general. Inuyasha really helped it along also. Been a fan ever since. Like you it was a major support during tough times.

I really enjoy Guerrilla Radio from the CD "The Battle of Los Angeles" (as it was my only Rage Against the Machine CD I owned when growing up...) I do appreciate hard-core rock n' roll, but I'm starting to appreciate more old-school rock from bands like the Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival and the Doors.
