Oh yeah, I remember hearing about Naruko before, guess I just forgot. Genderbending is always fun! And yeah, it sucks there's not enough opportunities to cosplay without being obnoxious. I think I might make a genderbent cosplay some day. I saw a male version of Hatsune Miku (meaning if she was a guy, not a guy who just dressed like her) and I thought it was pretty interesting. I dunno. Not enough time or money. If only I were born rich... What other interests do you have outside of anime?

Oh my gosh, I love Ed! And Victorique's from Gosick, right? Where's Naruko from? I really haven't cosplayed that much. I have other interests that I put money into, so I don't really tend to focus too much on any one interest. My first cosplay was Yasochika Iemura, an obscure character from Bleach (wasn't good at all hahaha) and Grell, who's probably going to be my favorite character. I was thinking about doing Rin from Ao no Exorcist because a friend of mine is doing his brother, Kaito (vocaloid), I dunno. I did make a quick Zoro (One Piece) cosplay for Halloween, and I got some pieces to throw together a TK (Angel Beats!) costume, but I didn't go through with it. Where do you wear your costumes? Mine are saved for conventions, but sadly those don't happen enough (even if they happened more often, I couldn't really afford too many of them :/)
