Mainly I made it. Lot of eva/craft foam over a pre-existing sword underneath. Then threw a bunch of magnetic strips on it which connect to super magnets in my sheath which is built into my armor, so I don't have to carry it everywhere I go. It gets a lot of love but I'm jealous of other cosplayers who can easily spar with their weapons lol
