Yeah it's a relatively new release on crunchyroll. It's about a girl (Saki) who gets dragged into her school's Mahjong team and ends up entering a big tournament with them due to her incredible talent to keep her score a +-0 on purpose(Which I guess is like 2nd place every time). It's 'action'/comedy/drama with some implied Yuri.
