I tried getting into sports when I was a kid, but I never really could. I usually hate sports anime, as well, but those two came highly recommended by a forum that I used to frequent. Both Touch and Cross Game were subbed by Central Anime, which also did the great Legend of Galactic Heroes. Now THAT is a good show. 110 episodes of pure awesome.

I never really got into Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon (though I did watch Pokemon for a while back in the late 90s when it was insanely popular). I have heard of the other two, but I haven't really looked into them. As for Cross Game and Touch, they're about baseball. I don't even like baseball, but those shows are amazing.
