Hello Hello! Thanks for the welcome compliments! I was cosplaying Lucy. It was a total "found objects" cosplay. I found everything at my local thrift stores and Marshals and just adjusted all the pieces as needed. Very quick and painless costume though no one knew who I was. LOL
