yeah I think it beats killing time on other sites like facebook. Im also looking for other people to talk anime since at work it's impossible to find someone and none of my other friends are into it. Personally I'd also like to try a hand at making a couple amvs but I thought it'd be too sad if noone was there to show them.

Well when I first started riding I had the fortune of someone letting me ride a motorcycle that wasn't even mine around a parking lot xD. When I got a permit and my own bike, we rode around a decent bit (required to have someone ride with you on a separate bike). Then I took the test pretty much. I forget exactly how long I needed to wait for the test, remember it being pretty quick. I watched a lot of videos to help give me a better idea of how to ride starting off. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVWLIfChUwg this video is hilariously cheesy but very informative. Honestly though I think the best way is to just do the MSF course, it's like 1 night of classes, two days of riding around their course on bikes they provide, bam you have a license. Still have to get a permit though, can take the test at the DMV. I think the DMV has the book you need to study from on their website, can't remember.

Thx for the advice. I hadn't thought of watching out for trolls. So, what brought you here? are you into a specific genre, cosplay, amvs, conventions?
