i try to stay low on sugar but sometimes i cannot help myself.. > w <
curse my sweet tooth! even so i try to not get too much into eating them only when i am really craving them. fall is probably one of my favorite seasons, seeing the leafs change color and the breeze . i have always enjoyed Halloween , it gives me a reason to dress up ^ ^ heck even at my age i still go trick o treating heh

Yeah some people got lucky with the wall replies even if you don't put in a US cell number. I was lucky that a bermy number worked although it took a few hours to work. I don't wanna go back to using captchas after this.

a soup would be good for digesting and wouldn't be too much ^ ^
whenever i get sick what helps me is to take some medicine and drink some tea
usually don't eat too many fried food
