Hey Churchie! I also love ASMR. My favorite was back when a youtube channel did more Plague Doctor videos. I found them both entertaining and relaxing. Mic and hair brushing can be very relaxing with anxiety, especially after a stressful day. People who don't have anxiety don't understand what it's like to have your brain or body shut down, baring there are different types and people get it differently. That happens to me or I'll often get hysterical, becoming very awkward in conversation and unsure how to cope with situations.
