No, its not an anime, mainly. Vocaloid is a voice synthesizer and some companies created characters that have songs. The main are Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Len and Rin, Meiko, Kaito, and Luka. There are some English ones too. You can find some songs by them on YouTube.

I'm learning Spanish in school while getting Japanese in my free time. I know English already. I'll get German in highschool and I'll try to find either an Italian or french tutor.
