Oh yeah I really love Clannad too. The second season was especially moving. Its appeal is similar to Nana in all the emotions it provokes, although if I compared the two Nana is much more realistic and true to life. It doesn't have any of the cliched anime characters or setting like Clannad still does. Have you seen Kanon and Air? Those are both very similar to Clannad since they're all based on visual novels by the same studio (Key). I see, we're in the same place on the Vocaloids then. XD

For my favorite anime, it may be an odd choice for a guy, but I would have to say it's Nana. It had me hooked from start to finish. No other anime could make me both laugh and cry like Nana did. Though I do wish there was a second season, since the ending left some questions unanswered. What about you? Yes I do like the Vocaloids. Although to be honest I haven't listened to all of the songs, as it's all of the fanart and the personas that the fandom has created around the Vocaloids that really got me interested in it. xD The Kagamine twins are my favorites.
