It's definitely warmer in the summer, but do keep in mind that you'd need a place to stay. Since class is only during the fall/winter/spring, most schools expect you to go home while not attending anything.

The way I tend to handle the cold is that I stay inside more, but really it is easy to get used to. After a couple of winters in my old house, which had no air conditioning, I didn't mind it at all lol. You'll be fine, it'll probably feel colder at first but it gets better.

I'll be positive and say that it's warmer than Chicago haha. It's cold but you can get used to it. I've known people from Texas, California, and Louisiana who have moved up here and adapted pretty well.

Eh, somewhat. I know the good and bad neighborhoods and some of the nice places to be, but by no means would I say I'm an expert. For example, I still haven't been to the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, or the United Nations, though I did go to the Twin Towers site on 9/11. I do plan to visit those places sometime though.

Oh wow, those campuses are both north and south on Broadway/Park Avenue as per the main NYU campus. Maybe I'll see you sometime lol. I think the New York Comic Con is in October, so it would be perfect for you next year as your first con.

Haha, watcha studying? I'm going for a computer science degree through NYU. Hopefully going to take Japanese at the main campus some time.

Nothing much, got back to New York City and have been studying. Looked up conventions around here though and found out that there's a small one hosted by my school. I'm going to check it out in March. How bout you?

Kingdom Hearts is a great series, I have the psp version as well. Spyro I haven't played in a long time though. Ever try the final fantasies predating 11? They've got good stories. In the fighting genre I have to admit the Bleach game they made for the Wii is really good. You should try it if you get the chance.
