There's nothing wrong with reading what is publicly posted haha! It actually feels really nice to swim with sore muscles, but, the pool that I work with is only around 3ft (92~cm) in depth. I am working with children after all. The problem arises when they think it's funny when they start trying to wrestle each other in water
