Yeah, there is nothing wrong with that. The reason everyone is a different character is so we can all be unique and balanced. It's never a bad idea to take a plunge into someone else's world once in a while either, so long as you don't stray from your own path. But yes, I generally like to focus my workings on love stories, whether they are the sub-plot or main-plot. It is much better written when they are a sub-plot, because it puts more into the story for a better and more interesting read. I could show you a prologue of sorts if you would like? It's not a long read. I'll inbox it to you. Just let me know.

Comments about the first one, I hate it when I lose part of a great project and the feeling of it just dies inside of me, or i show a good friend who's opinion i trust what I have or an idea and they totally diss it. The second one sounds pretty cool. And as for the third, it sounds great too. I've always been into the whole triangle thing, as most people are these days. Though not as cheesy as the Twilight one. I personally love it especially when its a triangle in a yaoi, but thats just me. Something like Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. You have probably never heard of it. I'm a fangirl for sure, but I'm jaded enough not to be one that's full-on. I'm not the main character kind of role like I used to be. I'm more the kind of role now of a character that would be telling the main character "I'll take care of things here, so go get 'em kid", if you understand that.

Yeah. Well I've had lots of mishaps in the past few years so its quite hard to be creative when life is forcing itself on you. But I'm in a much better situation now and I have a good amount of free time so I was thinking about trying to write an anime. I don't care if it doesn't come out the way I want it to, at least I will have written something. Just try to find some gems and polish them I guess. But man do I ever hate writer's block. What kind of anime/manga do u write?

That's really interesting and a good aspiration to have. I like to write about dark fantasy at times. I also write short plays for theatre. I have never really used any of this stuff, but I would like to think it will happen some day, when its supposed to. I want to try my hand at other genres and anime, I just don't have any creative ideas on that that have hit me yet. I only write when I have inspiration. I don't like to pressure it, or it doesn't work well.

Yeah. Hard to find something that isn't cheesy, lame or uncatchy.

that is a very valid point. I am sure that Durarara is just something the japanese made up, as it happens with lots of anime, but the titles are made for what the creators think will be catchy and memorable. Something that isn't boring, obvious or overdone. What would you call Bleach or Durarara had they not been titled that?
