Then you have some inner peace/sorting to find my friend. As a software engineer think of it like encryption. Just lay it out in a folder with folders and try to only go as many layers deep as you can comfortably navigate. If you can also determine when you have a good idea but a piss poor execution helps too. Cause then you can apply that to some other project/concept. Just gotta figure out which details suck. And figuring out when something goes from good to bad. If you ever need to bounce some ideas of somebody I'm happy to help as best as I can! It might just help me with a roadblock I'm on a few layers back lol.

Just start keeping tabs on it in your head or on paper, and pop back on it when you have some time or inspiration. The hardest part is hanging onto a muse.

That or time and a good selection to start with and being able to produce lol. But I don't like to half ass anything so most of it stays on paper for now, and I when I get hung up on one thing I'll put that project on hiatus and start something that focuses on that skill so I can get better and then apply that to the original. Like a rabbit hole of being bad at stuff.

I want to but I am not good at making myself up, and I take too long on my designs to actually be productive. Plus expenses and depression. So I plan to, but maybe I'll start up a prop shop instead lol.

I am 18 though, I'm technically still in high school though I should've graduated June this year. I have a few credits I'm finishing up due to absences from family health problems.

That's nice! Awesome way to enjoy time with family. I'm near my peeps so its not that bad. Yeah dude most of the weebs in my city are ofc the usual socially anxious types. It is so hard to gather them. Where are you from? Luckily its my holiday off so probably just dinner with family xD

I may or may not be using my engineering dropout knowledge of replication, scaling, and mechanical understandings to try to make a remote control gundam suit that's as realistic as possible while still being scale functional while being cheap and an idiot using similar ideas as yourself.
